Helical Piles
Helical Piles
What are helical systems
They are a modular geotechnical solution consisting of steel pipe segments with helical bearing plates welded to a central axis.
The first section, known as the lead section, contains the helical plates and is the first to penetrate the ground. It can consist of one to four helices. Smooth extensions are then added until the lead section penetrates the design stratum and the required torque is achieved.
We guarantee the highest strength and torque capacity on the market

Benefits

Modular: Quick on-site adjustments to achieve the desired capacity. Facilitates mobilization and reduces logistics costs. Clean and easy installation with light machinery.

Installation speed of 28 m/hr. No pre-drilling required. Immediate installation even in adverse weather conditions. Versatile: Can be installed in all types of soil, including expansive soils.

Immediate load-bearing capacity without the need for curing (concrete/grout). Possibility of installation in an inclined orientation for walls or lateral loads. Installation torque is measured in real time. Higher torque means higher load-bearing capacity.

Helical piles can be recovered and reused. With a 100-year warranty. They do not require concrete or drilling mud. No noise or vibration. We reduce up to 10 tons of CO2 in each project
